Real Folded Japanese Swords

A real authentic Japanese samurai sword is made by an complex process of heating the steel, hammering it flat, then folding it, then hammering it flat again, and folding. The process of folding and hammering of these Huanuo swords is reapeated about 9-11 times. All of the swords are forged by traditional techniques which of course involves the differentially hardening process. Fred Chen's Huanuo forge is offering a normal polish (half machine and half handwork) and a traditional polished (with japanese stones) on these blades.
