Hachiken Hoshi Japanese Armor

This authentic reproduction of an actual Samurai Armor worn by the warlord Hachiken Hoshi. This true master piece is hand made by a skilled craftsman at Huanuo Sword Art .This Japanese kabuto and mempo are superbly constructed, beautifully detailed and a great value.

These Japanese armors were used on the battlefield not only to protect the body but also to show off one's power and status. For this reason, many different types of showy conspicuous armour were produced especially during the Heian and Kamakura era.

This armor is wearable (within a reasonable size range!) and is supplied in the traditional lacquered armor box, which, along with a a wooden frame, provides the support for the stunning display.

Nothing leaves this place without checking

Nobody like to receive a katana or any other product with a quality problem. A loose tsuba, seppa, chip in the saya,or any other damage. So before I ship your order , I personally check the quality of the product. Only if it’s 110% ok I will ship it to you.

90 Days return policy

Placing an order online is a great thing but sometimes you feel disappointed when you receive it . Although I’m doing my very best to provide you with a lot of detailed pictures and videos where possible, I do understand your concern . So if you don’t feel comfortable with your purchase just return it. Contact me prior to returning your order. This policy does not apply on any personal made katana or customized katana.

No charging before shipping

In case you pay with visa or mastercard, your card won’t be charged automatically when placing your order. Only when I finished the quality check and the courrier confirmed the pick up of your order, your card will be billed.

Want to customize this sword ?

If this standard model is almost what you’re looking for but it need a few personal tweaks and a 100% custom katana is not an option or needed, I can always give this baby a little ‘facelift’.

Rewrapping the tsuka with the material and or color of your choice, changing fuchi & kashira , tsuba, menuki and or seppa are all possible.

A rewrap of a standard size tsuka (katana) will run around 125 euro, including cotton ito.
