Kobusi Battle Ready Katana
A first class battle ready katana. It has a nice looking design, a quality

As you could read in some of our blog posts, we found a new and very capable
forge during our last trip to China. After a lot of tweaking, we finally got
the first samples in the house and man they rock !
They are exactly what we asked for and believe me that can be a pretty hard
thing with most of the Chinese forges. This sword has a 1070 steel blade and
is differentially hardened in the traditional way. Which mean that a clay mixture
is applied over the surface of the blade in order to create a hard edge and
a softer body.
At this point, the forge is making our first batch of swords and we do expect
them somewhere in December. So if you want to grab a piece, you can pre order
now ! But wait, that s not all, you can pre order and configure your own katana
!
