These 2 pole arms are made by Paul Chen's hanwei forge in a traditional way and does come very close to the real deal. That being said, keep in mind it are still replica weapons.
While the katana remains the best known of Japanese weapons, it was the
naginata and after that the yari that dominated the battlefields in Japan
up to the early seventeenth century. After that period, the yari became an
important status symbol to many Samurai warrior families.
