There
are 2 monosteel swords presented here. First You have the 1600
steel swords which are excellent introductory level katana. The
blade of this samurai katana is through hardened and very resilient compared
to any other sword. On the other hand , since these swords are not differentially
hardened, you won't find any hamonline on these katana swords. The
second line of swords are the katana swords who are forged with a T-10
steel blade. Because they were forged in a traditional way, which
involves applying clay to the back of the sword and quenching the sword
in water so that the edge is cooling faster than tthe spine, you will
see a natural hamon line. Copyright ©2002-2008
