La gamme de sabres Zhui Feng en acier riche en carbone
Nous avons fait quelques expériences dans le passé avec de l'acier 1070 et du 1095 pour forger les lames, mais le 1070 ne nous donnais pas toujours le résultat que nous attendions et le 1095 est parfois difficile à obtenir de nos jours, nous avons donc fini par utiliser le T10.
Le T10 nous a fourni les meilleurs résultats en terme de robustesse et d'apparence générale.
Tous les modèles actuels reçoivent une trempe sélective, mais nous avons l'intention de produire un ou deux modèles avec une trempe totale dans un futur proche.
Cette série en acier T10 présente des modèles avec un hamon plutôt "standard" en vague, mais il y a aussi un modèle avec un hamon en ligne droite (modèle higo) et une lame avec un hamon choji (le modèle wild flower) est également présente.
